We know your fence is more than just a boundary. It's about protecting your family and giving you peace of mind every day. From your first consultation through to final installation, we're here with you every part of the way to build a fence your home deserves.
1 Site meeting.
We visit your property to assess the site, understand your goals, and identify any practical considerations — slope, access, ground conditions, and existing structures. Based on the Sunshine Coast, we have a deep knowledge of local council requirements and the materials that perform best in our coastal climate.
2 Design & Quote.
We design the right fence and provide a clear, itemised quote. Whether you're after privacy, security, style or all three, we'll recommend the best materials and layout to suit your goals and budget. We can handle the removal of existing fences if required.
3 Neighbour & Council Approvals.
Shared boundary fences require your neighbour's written approval before work can begin. Some fences also require a council permit depending on height or location. We'll advise you upfront if this applies and guide you through the process.
4 Contract & Deposit.
We issue a contract covering scope, materials, timeline, and payment terms. A deposit is required to secure your start date.
5 Installation.
Our team arrives on time and gets to work. We keep the site tidy, respect your property, and keep you updated throughout. Any changes or variations to the agreed scope will be discussed and confirmed in writing before proceeding.
6 Handover & Warranty.
On completion, we walk the fence with you to make sure you're completely satisfied before we consider the job done. We stand behind our workmanship and will provide details of any applicable material and labour warranties at this stage.
